Protect private information
Keep phone numbers, address, OTPs, passwords, financial details and identity documents private.
Genuine connections should never cost you your comfort, privacy or dignity. MaitriAdda gives members practical controls to slow down, report concerns, block contact and protect account access—without promising that any online platform can guarantee another person’s behaviour.
MaitriAdda is an adults-only community. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use member features.
A respectful platform gives people clear choices—not pressure, hidden tracking or forced conversations.
Keep phone numbers, address, OTPs, passwords, financial details and identity documents private.
No one owes a quick reply, connection, meeting or explanation. A “no” or silence must be respected.
Use accepted-connection messaging while trust grows. Avoid rushing to external apps or private calls.
These actions are designed to protect the member taking them without creating unnecessary confrontation.
MaitriAdda does not normally tell the reported member who submitted a report. Information may still be disclosed when required by law. A report starts a review; it is not automatic proof of wrongdoing.
Open a profile to reportBlocking hides profiles, presence and messaging between both people. No direct block notification is sent.
Choose who can see privacy-friendly activity signals. MaitriAdda does not show exact last-seen time.
Use support for account access, serious safety concerns or a report that needs extra context.
Contact supportReport when MaitriAdda should review possible misuse. Block when you want immediate distance. You may use both together. Unblocking later does not silently restore an old connection; a fresh request is required.
Profile details, connection acceptance or event approval do not verify a person’s identity, intentions or conduct.
Use the least risky next step. You do not need to confront the other member before reporting or blocking.
Do not reply, click links, send money or share more private information.
Keep relevant dates, profile links and messages. Store screenshots privately; do not post them publicly.

Use a long password that you do not use on email, banking or other social platforms.
MaitriAdda support should never ask you to send a password, OTP or complete payment credential in chat.
Do not open unexpected login, prize, investment or payment links sent by another member.
Log out on shared devices and do not allow browsers you do not control to save your password.
MaitriAdda’s security roadmap uses layered protection, monitoring, backups and incident response. Detailed technical controls are not published publicly because operational security information must remain restricted.
Watch for unusual login, bot, spam and abuse patterns while limiting unnecessary collection of private data.
Restrict suspicious activity, protect sessions and isolate affected functions when a credible incident occurs.
Use verified backups, documented recovery steps and post-incident review to restore service safely.
Platform support can review MaitriAdda activity, but only the appropriate authorities can provide emergency response or investigate crime.
